The PV String Layup and Bussing Machine is a highly-integrated intelligent machine, which consists of the layup module, busbar welding module, and spot heating module.It is designed for layup, busbar welding, and spot heating between busbar and EVA of the strings coming from the stringer. The welding quality directly affects the electrical performance of the module.The equipment is ideal for the manufacturing of 1/2-, 1/3-, and 1/4-cut, 0BB, and BC modules, with a CT of 36s and a layup accuracy of ±0.15mm.Compared to conventional layup+busbar welding equipment, ATW String Layup and Bussing Machine has the following advantages:
