Recently, Wuxi ATW Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688516) successfully won the bid for the component equipment of JinkoSolar's new Jianshan project.

The winning equipment is the company's latest multi-busbar string welding machine and non-destructive dicing machine. In the future, this batch of equipment will be responsible for the production of JinkoSolar's Tiger Neo N-type TOPCon battery fine welding wire components.

JinkoSolar's recently launched high-efficiency Tiger Neo module series uses N-type TOPCon technology, combined with fine welding wire and half-cell technology, which comprehensively enhances its performance, power, energy density and reliability. The mass production output power can reach up to 620W, and the conversion efficiency can reach up to 22.30%. Once released, this module product has received great attention from the market. ATW participated in the development process of JinkoSolar's Tiger Neo module series throughout the whole process.

ATW's latest multi-busbar stringer is an upgraded product based on a large-size ultra-high-speed stringer that has been running stably for more than a year at the client. This upgrade mainly targets the difficulties of fine wire alignment accuracy and welding tension, and has conducted a comprehensive technical analysis and solution, and has successfully passed the pilot line mass production verification of Jinko's various products. This winning bid is also a recognition by the customer of ATW's equipment technology matching ability and mass production capability.
