On October 22, the 2025 Semiconductor Materials Industry Development (Zhengzhou) Conference, together with the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Semiconductor Materials Branch of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association, officially opened at the Zhengzhou High-Tech Holiday Inn. It provides robust support for the production of high-end semiconductor ingots.

Crystal Growth Furnace for Silicon Components

Equipped with a fully automated control system and high-precision pressure and temperature monitoring, the furnace enables dynamic intelligent crystal pulling and long-term stable operation. It supports 42-inch large thermal field processes and custom magnetic field configurations, meeting the diverse needs of high-standard silicon component manufacturing.

SiC Resistance Furnace (8–12 inch)

Incorporating multi-zone high-precision temperature control and a fully automated control system, this furnace ensures efficient and stable growth of 8–12 inch SiC ingots. It also reserves interfaces for remote centralized control systems, supporting smart factory operations and helping customers realize intelligent manufacturing goals.
