The assembly solution for container type energy storage system integrates the assembly line, the heavy load handling system and the warehousing system, and the process flow of assembly line includes container loading/unloading, material preassembly, power cable and electrical system assembly, loading PACK to rack & pre-tightening, PACK tightening, wire harness connection, Hipot test & labeling, weak current system debugging and PCS test.
