The PV Module Laminator is a core piece of equipment in the PV production line, consisting of a heating system (heating plate + temperature sensor + high-precision temperature control module), vacuum system (vacuum pump + pneumatic butterfly valve), cover lift system, conveyor system, and control system. It is designed for laminating glass, encapsulant film, string, backsheet, and other materials together. The laminating quality directly affects the reliability and lifespan of the PV module.

The equipment boasts strong compatibility and can be widely applied to the manufacturing of TOPCon modules, low-temperature process modules, perovskite and tandem modules. Its precise design contributes to satisfaction of stringent requirements such as temperature accuracy of ±1°C, heating plate uniformity of ±1.5°C, and a component thickness variation of less than 0.3mm.
