BC Cell Adhesive Printing Line is a key process equipment for the manufacturing of all-back-contact crystalline silicon solar cells, such as IBC and HBC. It precisely applies insulating adhesive and solder paste on the rear side of the cell to ensure physical isolation between the positive and negative electrodes and to support subsequent module encapsulation and bonding processes.

By integrating high-precision vision alignment, screen printing, in-line curing, AOI and an intelligent control system, the line is capable of filling insulation channels (typically 200–300 μm in width) between complex, interdigitated electrodes at the micron scale, effectively preventing short circuits between the positive and negative electrodes.
