D632D Half-cut Solar Cell UV Ablation System is mainly designed for the laser ablation process of half-cut XBC cells. It leverages ultra-violet and green picosecond lasers to ablate the patterns on BSG/PSG&n-poly/a-Si:H film, which, when working in conjunction with subsequent wet process, achieves p-/n- region isolation on the back.
