1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, automation, or communication; or 2+ years of vision development experience.
2. Proficient in selecting vision hardware; familiar with HALCON, OpenCV; knowledge of image processing.
3. Familiar with visual applications like positioning, measurement, code reading, and defect detection.
4. Strong communication, teamwork, learning, logic, and innovation skills.
