1. Conduct feasibility studies on mechanical aspects of related product development projects;
2. Responsible for product structure and parts design, and participate in surveying and mapping work of related products and components;
3. Select mechanical part materials, participate in mechanical-related technical tests during R&D, and follow up on new product trials;
4. Provide technical guidance during production, assembly, and commissioning;
5. Participate in drafting and discussing technical standards, documentation, and solutions related to mechanical aspects, and design cost control plans.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related majors;
2. Experience in non-standard automation machinery design, preferably able to independently develop entire mechanical structures of high-speed precision equipment;
3. Proficient in drawing software such as SolidWorks;
4. Familiar with mechanical principles and machining processes.
1. Collect product-related data and clarify technical and design requirements; participate in project plan evaluations;
2. Select and test components, and prepare and review objective analysis reports;
3. Write, maintain, and review electrical programs, collect on-site debugging data, analyze design issues, and propose improvements;
4. Draw, maintain, and review electrical schematics and layout diagrams, manage version control and document changes;
5. Provide training for production/testing staff and full technical support for production electricity.
1. Experience in non-standard automation electrical design; independent design experience preferred;
2. Proficient in electrical design software and familiar with sensors from Omron, Panasonic, etc.;
3. Proficient with Mitsubishi, Keyence PLCs, and Mitsubishi, Yaskawa servos;
4. Familiar with servo and stepper control methods and parameter tuning.
1. Develop software processes and participate in functional requirement analysis and technical reviews;
2. Verify features of new brand software to assess project suitability;
3. Troubleshoot and optimize on-site software issues;
4. Work with various hardware devices such as industrial cameras, motion platforms, light sources, motors, PLCs, etc.;
5. Draft, organize, update, and archive project documentation.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Software, Computer Science, or related fields;
2. Experience in HMI software design for non-standard automation equipment; able to independently develop such software;
3. Experience with PLC communication and data conversion;
4. Strong programming foundation, proficient in C/C++/C#.
1. Participate in feasibility research, analysis, and planning of vision projects;
2. Design and select vision system components (camera, lens, lighting, etc.) based on customer requirements;
3. Install and verify vision systems on-site, assist in system debugging and programming;
4. Develop algorithms for image processing tasks such as recognition, detection, and positioning;
5. Perform pre- and post-shipment visual system debugging and provide technical support.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Communications, or related field with 2+ years of vision project experience; understanding of computer/machine vision required;
2. Proficient in selecting machine vision hardware (camera, lens, light source), familiar with Halcon, OpenCV, and image processing knowledge;
3. Familiar with machine vision applications such as positioning, dimension measurement, barcode recognition, surface defect inspection; 3D vision experience is a plus;
4. Strong communication skills, team player, with good learning, logical thinking, and innovation abilities.
1. Develop hardware/software plans based on product requirements and assess feasibility;
2. Design hardware architecture, select and validate components, design schematics and PCB, and choose or design enclosures;
3. Design software architecture, write code, conduct technical evaluations and research;
4. Debug boards and systems, and produce debugging documents, improvement plans, and technical materials;
5. Develop upgrade plans for legacy products to meet market demands and handle product issues.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Communications, Automation, or related majors;
2. Experience in hardware/software development for electronics, with preference for experience in temperature control, infrared, high-power control systems, industrial buses (RS485, Ethernet, CAN), TEC controllers;
3. Proficient with Altium Designer, Multisim, CAD, MATLAB, and other electronics design tools;
4. Strong in analog and digital electronics, capable of independent product design (e.g., AD/DA signal circuits, driver circuits, microcontroller peripherals).
